Some things we need to know, especially when traveling abroad:

What position and project scope/responsibilities
When and where
What kind of equipment are we working with
How long wil the project last, working hours, and is it rotation based
Travel arrangements
Accommodation and daily travel to and from site arranged
What you need from me to able to start (documents, visa, certificates, vaccinations & insurance)
What I need from you to enter or travel to site
Contact on site and during travel/ acces internet
Allowances for work, travel, standby, or cancellation have been agreed upon.
Contact info of one of the project team members to obtain relevant documents or information prior to departure.

Ready to travel by any of these means of transport.
